Who we are
We started with a frustration shared by thousands of small teams: getting paid shouldn’t require expensive software just to look professional. All in Second is our answer — a service built to help companies and independents invoice clearly, for free at the core, with room to grow when you need more.
How the idea came to life
It began with conversations — owners juggling spreadsheets, PDFs patched together in a hurry, and young companies told they had to “upgrade” before they could even send a proper invoice. The pattern was the same: cash flow mattered, but the tools didn’t fit the stage they were in.
We asked a simple question: what if the baseline — clean templates, clear totals, exports you can hand to a client or an accountant — were available without a subscription? From that question, the first sketches of All in Second appeared: fast, readable, and honest about what you get for free.

Helping companies with a free core
Charging for every export or every saved template would have been easy — but it would have pushed away exactly the businesses we wanted to help: new companies testing the market, side projects becoming real, and teams watching every line of the budget.
